Register your student association at AAU
Aalborg University asks that all registered student associations re-register once a year. The associations will receive an email to re-register in the begining of the year. This provides the university and its students with an up-to-date overview of the student associations at AAU. The university might also have meetings or inform the student associations abot special initiatives relevant for the associations. In all cases, it is important that the university have current contact information for the student associations. If your student association changes contact information etc. during the year, you can use the registration form to update the information.
