Aalborg University would like to give students and student associations some opportunity to book a room on campus to support a good and vibrant study environment on campus. Campus Service evaluates whether your request for a room can be granted.

Take good care of our rooms and each other

When Aalborg University makes rooms and other facilities available to students, it is with the expectation that they will be used and managed in a responsible, ethical and lawful manner. It is essential that rooms or facilities only be used for the intended and registered purpose.

Safety

It is also important that activities and events are conducted in a safe and responsible manner by complying with university instructions, fire- and emergency plan etc.
