About the Study Environment Day
The study environment day is for all students at AAU. The day is usually in the spring and the theme of the day changes from year to year. The theme is decided by The Student Environment Council and Shared Services AAU CPH, based on what they experience, is most important to the students, or what AAU particularly needs the students' input on.

Take a timeout at Study Environment Day 2026
Study Environment Day 2026 invites you to an inspiring afternoon focused on breaks, wellbeing, and renewed energy in student life. Under the theme “Take a timeout”, we create a healthy breathing space in the middle of everyday life and offer inspiration on how you can take meaningful mental breaks — both on your own and together with others.
