Your well-being is the foundation that enables you to learn, thrive and grow. When we feel mentally well, we have more capacity to handle challenges, collaborate and enjoy our time as students. That is why it is important to take care of yourself — both preventively and when you begin to feel that the pressure is becoming too much.
