This first aid course gives you the right tools so that you can act quickly and effectively in case of a cardiac arrest. The training alternates between theory and practical exercises, where the exercises are based on reality.
During the course you will learn:
- To provide first aid to a unconscious person without normal breathing.
- To use a defibrillator (AED)
- To give heart massage
- To give artificial respiration
- To provide first aid when foreign objects in the airway
- To recognize symptoms of strokes, blood clots in the brain and brain haemorrhages and act appropriately
You will receive a course certificate from the Red Cross at the end of the course.
All students are welcome to participate.
