Every year, AAU's Study Environment Council arrange a Study Environment Day, where students are invited to an inspiring day in the spirit of a good study environment. This year the theme is student well-being under the heading 'Your good study life'.

On the Study Environment Day, you can, through presentations and workshops, e.g. get answers to questions like:

  • How do you maintain a healthy balance between studying and the rest of your life?
  • How do you avoid pressure turning into stress?
  • How do you maintain motivation?
  • How do you handle differences and disagreements in the study group?
  • How do you become wiser about your behavior patterns and how can that knowledge strengthen your group work?

We are also opening an Idea Café, where you can come up with your good ideas during the day on how we can together create an even better student life at AAU.

You leave the day with new knowledge and inspiration on top of a good dose of fun, when the day ends with you being able to challenge your known or new fellow students in various board games.

During the day, there is free coffee, cake, pizza and snacks. In addition, the Idea Café offers delicacies that provide extra energy for idea generation.

The event is held at Create, Rendsburggade 14, 9000 Aalborg at 2:30 p.m. You will find the program for the day on the student environment website.

Take your fellow students by the hand or come alone – the day is for everyone. There are a limited number of places and registration is required (and must be done by 15 March at the latest), so grab your place today via this link.

When registering, you must choose which activities (workshops or Idea Café) you wish to participate in. You can read more about the various workshops and the Idécafé via this link.
