We help you get started, and we start from which competencies you would like to apply and what you would like to learn during the internship. Because you don’t want just any internship – it has to be a good internship for you. 
 
You will get concrete tools to make a cover letter and CV the “Danish way” and some tips on how you can translate your competencies into "business language". 
 
Maybe you've already considered it: There is an even bigger world of possibilities if you don't lock yourself into the internship advertisements that have already been posted. That is why we also give you the tools and inspiration to apply for an unsolicited internship.

Teacher: Christian Friis Nielsen

Christian is career consultant at AAU Career. He has been working at AAU Career for 5 years and is a PBL-nerd. Other than that, he is the world’s okayest guitarist.

Christian is one of the career counsellors you will meet when you get career guidance at AAU.

Practicalities

  • We will give you some tools and pieces of advice, but we will not have any open positions with us 
  • Expect involvement – you will get assignments to try out the tools and to make the seminar as relevant as possible to you. Bring your laptop. If you have already found a job you want to apply for, bring it – then you can apply what you learn immediately! 
  • In the break there are sandwiches – also vegan and vegetarian  
  • Please bring your own bottle for free water from the canteen water fountain and help us minimise the amount of plastic bottles
