The Aalborg-based company works with customer service in webshops that receive many inquiries—often in multiple languages—and where it can take time to find the right answers across systems. The company helps by translating inquiries and suggesting responses that are tailored to each individual customer.

SiteSage was recently awarded the AAU Startup Grant – a support of 250,000 DKK from the Obel Family Foundation, and the funds will be used to further develop and expand the solution to more customers.
