What problem are you aiming to solve with your idea/startup?
SagaLabs is working to solve a core challenge in cybersecurity: most organizations are not sufficiently prepared for real cyberattacks. Traditional training is often theoretical and does not provide the skills required in an actual crisis situation.

We have therefore developed a cyber range platform where teams train through realistic, scenario-based attacks—from ransomware to insider threats—in a safe and controlled environment. Our approach is based on the principle “train as you fight,” with a strong focus on operational experience, collaboration, and decision-making under pressure.

How has the AAU Startup Grant contributed to your development?
The AAU Startup Grant has supported our development by enabling us to further develop our platform and training scenarios, as well as strengthen our commercial foundation. It has allowed us to test and validate our solution with both public and private organizations.

What are your next steps?
Our next steps are to scale our platform and make the training more accessible—both through additional partnerships and a more on-demand approach, enabling organizations to continuously train and document their cyber preparedness.
